Control Arm

A recovery agent that ships with its own counterfactual.

It classifies a failed Indian payment, proposes a bounded recovery action, submits that action to a policy gate carrying real regulatory and platform citations, and executes only what the gate allows — then measures the whole thing against control arms and reports incremental lift per payment rail, with a paired confidence interval.

What these pages do not prove

The lift is measured on a simulator written by the same person who wrote the agent, so it is a property of that failure model and not of the Indian payments market. Pooled across rails this system is slightly behind the incumbent, and that row is on the page rather than dropped from it.

The invariants are a different kind of claim. They are machine-checked over generated inputs, under duplicate and out-of-order webhook delivery and a process crash at every enumerated step. Arm D's counter reads breaches of encoded policy rules — never violations of law.
